Commercial Maintenance Contracts Work Schedule
Our standard Maintenance Contracts include the following service schedule:
Weekly:
• Weed Control
• Blow Down of Walks and Pathways
• Irrigation System Visual Check
• Turf Mowing/Policing of Grounds
• Cleaning of Landscape Areas (including removal of paper, cans, bottles, and landscape debris)
Every Two Weeks:
• Trim Around Trees and Sprinkler Heads
As Needed:
• Leaf Raking
• Bare Ground Raking and Grubing
• Shrub Trimming
• Ground Cover Trimming

Twice a Year:
• Ground Cover Fertilizing
• Application of Pre-Emergent
• Incidental tree trimming for vehicular passage to twelve (12) feet or pedestrian passage of eight (8) feet is included in our maintenance contract. Complete tree services are available by separate written proposal.
Maintenance contracts are offered in writing, with a thirty (30) days cancellation clause. Owner may cancel contract at any time for any reason with thirty (30) days written notice. Scope of work is clearly defined in contract for services to be performed.
